Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Catalog Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our product and service catalog. The Catalog Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive information about all offerings, enabling efficient procurement, inventory management, and service delivery within the law enforcement and security services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement catalog management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Define and maintain catalog structure, hierarchies, and data standards.
- Oversee the data entry, validation, and enrichment of catalog items, including specifications, pricing, and vendor information.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and technical teams to ensure catalog accuracy and completeness.
- Manage catalog updates, including new product introductions, discontinuations, and price changes.
- Conduct regular audits of the catalog to identify and rectify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Analyze catalog data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in catalog management.
- Train and guide users on catalog usage and best practices.
- Manage vendor data and relationships related to catalog items.
