Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Catalog Manager to join our growing pharmaceutical startup. The Catalog Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our product catalog, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to industry standards. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient inventory management, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement catalog management strategies to ensure product data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and updating of product information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) to gather product data and ensure timely catalog updates.
- Conduct regular audits of the product catalog to identify and rectify discrepancies or errors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for product information.
- Monitor catalog performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and support internal teams on catalog management best practices and tools.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor catalog strategies.
