Catalog Manager

Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Catalog Manager to oversee and optimize our educational content catalog. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, relevance, and discoverability of our courses, driving user engagement and satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the ed-tech landscape and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive catalog strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of educational content, from acquisition and onboarding to curation and archiving.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of course metadata, descriptions, and learning objectives.
• Analyze catalog performance metrics (e.g., user engagement, conversion rates, content gaps) and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with content creators, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to enhance content offerings and promotional strategies.
• Implement SEO best practices for content discoverability within the platform.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the ed-tech space.
• Manage relationships with content partners and ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations.
