Catalog Manager (Full-Time) | Noida

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Catalog Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial for organizing, standardizing, and enriching our product and component data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for our engineering and procurement teams. While this position is entry-level with 0-1 years of experience, we are specifically looking for candidates with a strong academic background, including a Doctorate/PhD, who can bring a rigorous research and analytical approach to catalog management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement cataloging standards and best practices for defence and aerospace components and systems.
- Accurately classify, categorize, and tag a wide range of technical data, specifications, and documentation.
- Conduct thorough research to gather and verify information for new and existing catalog items.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness across all catalog entries.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and supply chain teams to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of product hierarchies and attributes.
- Identify and report on data quality issues, proposing and implementing solutions.
- Support the implementation and optimization of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems related to catalog data.
