Catalog Manager - Import & Export Sector (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Catalog Manager with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to oversee and optimize our product catalog within the import and export sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and attractiveness of our product listings, driving sales, and improving customer experience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce catalog management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for catalog creation, organization, and maintenance for imported and exported goods.
- Ensure all product data, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and imagery, is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Conduct market research to identify product trends and competitor catalog strategies.
- Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) and user experience to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and procurement teams to ensure catalog content aligns with promotional campaigns and business objectives.
- Manage product categorization and taxonomy to facilitate easy navigation and discovery for customers.
- Monitor catalog performance using analytics tools and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve any catalog-related issues, discrepancies, or customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce catalog management.
