Category Executive

Role Summary: The Category Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing procurement categories within the financial services domain, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role involves strategic sourcing, vendor management, and driving value for the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFx development, negotiation, and contract management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Monitor category spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide procurement support.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
