Category Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Category Executive to join our growing team. The Category Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing specific product or service categories, ensuring profitability, and driving growth. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, market understanding, and strong execution capabilities to support our strategic objectives in the emerging technologies space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities within assigned categories.
- Develop and implement category strategies, including product assortment, pricing, and promotional plans.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Monitor category performance against key metrics (sales, margin, market share) and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align category strategies with overall business goals.
- Identify and onboard new vendors and partners to expand the category offering.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to the development of new product/service initiatives within the category.
