Category Executive (B.Des Required) - Mangalore

We are seeking a creative and analytical Category Executive with 3-5 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our Industrial Equipment division in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing product categories, driving product strategy, and ensuring market competitiveness. You will leverage your design thinking and market understanding to enhance product appeal and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and improvement within assigned categories.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and sales teams to develop and launch new products or enhance existing ones, ensuring alignment with market demands and brand strategy.
- Develop and execute category strategies, including product assortment planning, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Create compelling product presentations, marketing materials, and visual merchandising concepts, leveraging B.Des skills.
- Monitor product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and optimize category performance.
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate terms for product sourcing and development.
