Category Head

Role Summary: The Category Head will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for a specific gaming category within Nazara Technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in India. The Category Head will drive growth, profitability, and market share for their assigned category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the P&L for the assigned category, setting revenue targets and ensuring profitability.
• Oversee product roadmaps, game development, and live operations for the category.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including game developers and partners.
• Monitor category performance, identify key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of category professionals.
