Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Category Head to lead and manage a specific product category within our Chemicals division. This role is crucial for driving category growth, market share, and profitability through effective product portfolio management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and end-of-life.
Define product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and promotional plans for the assigned category.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product execution.
Monitor category performance against key metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
