Category Head - Facility Management

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Category Head to lead and manage our Facility Management services. This role will be instrumental in driving growth, innovation, and operational efficiency within the category, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the Facility Management category to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of facility management services, including hard and soft services, to a diverse client base.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operational managers and staff.
- Drive business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and build strong client relationships.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Implement and maintain best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance for the category.
