Category Head (Jaipur)

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Category Head with 3-4 years of experience to lead procurement and category management for our infrastructure projects in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and a strong understanding of market dynamics within the real estate and construction sectors. You will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for key indirect spend areas within infrastructure projects.
- Conduct market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and potential risks.
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Monitor category performance, track savings, and report on key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical standards.
- Mentor and guide junior procurement staff.
