Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Category Management & Operations Associate. This role is ideal for an M.Tech graduate with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to the strategic growth and operational efficiency of our leather product categories. You will be instrumental in driving category performance, optimizing operations, and supporting key business initiatives within a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for category growth and product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, sales, marketing) to define category strategies and roadmaps.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and operational processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior management.
Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives for specific categories.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows.
