Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 2-5 years of experience to join our team as a Category Management & Operations Specialist. This role is crucial for optimizing our product categories, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving growth within our vibrant restaurant chain. You will be instrumental in analyzing market trends, managing supplier relationships, and implementing operational improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for category growth and optimization.
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on menu item performance and new product introductions.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies.
- Oversee inventory management to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to improve operational workflows and service standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures across all operational aspects.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
- Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives for specific categories.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements throughout the supply chain and operations.
