Category Management & Operations - Other - Clinical Research / Contract Research Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Category Management & Operations professional with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our team in Gurgaon. This role will be instrumental in optimizing operational processes and managing categories within the clinical research and contract research sector. You will leverage your design thinking and analytical skills to drive efficiency and support our project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize operational workflows related to category management and procurement within clinical trials.
- Support the development and implementation of category strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project management, clinical operations) to understand their needs and provide operational support.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize design thinking principles to identify areas for process improvement and innovative solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance, category spend, and key performance indicators.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members on operational procedures.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record-keeping for all operational activities.
