Catering Executive

Role Summary: The Catering Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of catering services for the company's facilities and employee welfare programs in India. This role ensures the provision of high-quality, hygienic, and cost-effective food services to employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, FSSAI guidelines).
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of raw materials and supplies, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise catering staff, including cooks, helpers, and service personnel, providing training and performance management.
• Manage catering budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
• Handle employee feedback and complaints regarding catering services, implementing corrective actions.
• Organize and manage catering for special events, meetings, and conferences.
• Maintain inventory of catering equipment and supplies.
