Catering Executive

Role Summary: The Catering Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of catering operations for corporate clients, ensuring high-quality food and beverage services, and maintaining client satisfaction. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute catering events, from small meetings to large corporate functions.
• Develop and manage catering menus, considering client preferences, dietary restrictions, and budget.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, suppliers, and service teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage inventory of food, beverages, and catering supplies, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Prepare and present budget proposals and post-event reports.
