Catering Executive - Content Development / Language (Mangalore)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Catering Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent MCA graduate with a passion for organizational excellence and client services, looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic corporate environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our catering services, supporting our content development and language teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating catering services for internal meetings, client visits, and company events.

Manage inventory of catering supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.

Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to procure food, beverages, and other catering-related items.

Oversee the setup, service, and cleanup of catering events, ensuring high standards of presentation and hygiene.

Handle basic administrative tasks related to catering operations, including record-keeping and expense tracking.

Respond to employee and client requests regarding catering services in a professional and timely manner.

Support the development and implementation of new catering initiatives and service improvements.
