Catering Executive - Defence & Aerospace Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Catering Executive with 3-4 years of experience to manage and oversee all aspects of catering services within our Defence & Aerospace facility in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and have a proven track record in food service management, particularly within high-pressure or specialized environments. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute catering services for various events, meetings, and daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and client needs.
- Manage inventory of food supplies, equipment, and other catering-related materials, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste through effective procurement and stock control.
- Supervise and train catering staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (e.g., FSSAI guidelines).
- Develop and maintain menus, considering dietary restrictions, nutritional requirements, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services, negotiating contracts where necessary.
- Prepare budgets for catering operations and monitor expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
- Address and resolve any client or staff concerns related to catering services promptly and professionally.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of catering activities, including expenses, inventory, and feedback.
