Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily catering operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanup.
- Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimizing waste.
- Train, schedule, and supervise catering staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients and event organizers to understand their catering requirements and preferences.
- Plan menus and ensure timely execution of food and beverage services for various events.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
