Catering Manager / Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager/Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of our in-house catering services. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality food preparation, efficient service delivery, and excellent customer satisfaction for our employees and guests at our corporate facilities in India. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage daily catering operations, including menu planning, food procurement, preparation, and service.
2. Supervise and train catering staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
3. Manage inventory of food supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimizing waste.
4. Coordinate catering for special events, meetings, and employee functions.
5. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen and service areas.
6. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and company policies.
8. Manage catering budget and financial reporting.
