CCTV Operator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join our security team. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, identifying potential security threats, and ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. This role requires keen observation skills, quick response times, and the ability to maintain detailed records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV feeds from various cameras across the premises in real-time.
- Identify and report any suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches.
- Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, ensuring all cameras are functioning correctly.
- Record and document all incidents, creating detailed reports for management and relevant authorities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and security alerts, coordinating with the security team.
- Review recorded footage as required for investigations or audits.
- Maintain a log of all activities, including system checks, incidents, and operator changes.
- Ensure compliance with all company security policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with security personnel and other departments.
