Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join our facility management team. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, identifying potential security threats or operational issues, and responding promptly to incidents. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our client's corporate premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all CCTV feeds to ensure continuous surveillance of the premises.
- Identify and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards in real-time.
- Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, ensuring all cameras are functioning correctly.
- Record and log all significant events, incidents, and observations.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations as per established protocols.
- Assist security personnel and management with investigations by providing relevant video footage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
