CCTV Operator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join our team at our Vadodara facility. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for monitoring surveillance equipment to detect and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or operational issues. This role is crucial for maintaining the safety and security of our agricultural assets and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV feeds from various cameras across the facility, ensuring continuous surveillance.
- Identify and report any unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, or safety hazards in real-time.
- Operate CCTV equipment, including pan, tilt, and zoom (PTZ) cameras, and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
- Maintain detailed logs of all activities observed, incidents, and actions taken.
- Respond promptly to alarms and alerts, escalating issues to the security team or management as needed.
- Review recorded footage for investigations or incident analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Perform routine checks on CCTV equipment to ensure optimal performance and report any malfunctions.
