CCTV Operator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to monitor our security systems and ensure the safety and security of our premises. The CCTV Operator will be responsible for observing surveillance footage, identifying potential security threats, and responding appropriately to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV feeds from various cameras across the premises in real-time.
- Detect and report any suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches.
- Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, ensuring all cameras are functioning correctly.
- Log all incidents, observations, and actions taken in a clear and concise manner.
- Respond to alarms and security alerts promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with security personnel and management during emergencies or significant events.
- Review recorded footage as required for investigations or incident analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance information.
