Center Head

Role Summary:
The Center Head will be responsible for the overall management and operational efficiency of a corporate facility. This includes overseeing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, managing budgets, leading a team of facility staff, and acting as the primary point of contact for the client. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facility management best practices and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and front office.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee budget preparation and management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of facility management professionals and support staff.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment for all occupants, adhering to all relevant safety regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring quality of service and cost optimization.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, addressing concerns and providing regular reports on facility performance.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
