Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CFD Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to analyze and optimize fluid flow and heat transfer phenomena across various engineering applications relevant to our large-scale projects and manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of fluid mechanics, numerical methods, and CFD software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate CFD models for complex geometries and flow conditions.
- Perform steady-state and transient simulations for fluid flow, heat transfer, and mass transfer.
- Analyze simulation results, interpret data, and generate comprehensive reports with recommendations.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate CFD analysis into the product development lifecycle.
- Optimize designs based on simulation outcomes to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in CFD technology and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CFD simulations and meshing.
