Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CFD Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree who is eager to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex fluid dynamics challenges within the petrochemical and plastics industry. The successful candidate will assist senior engineers in performing simulations, analyzing results, and contributing to product development and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and running Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations for various petrochemical and plastic processing applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Pre-process simulation data, including geometry cleanup and meshing, using relevant software tools.
- Post-process simulation results, generating plots, charts, and reports to visualize and interpret fluid flow behavior.
- Analyze simulation outputs to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement in product design and manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to the validation of CFD models by comparing simulation results with experimental data or established benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate records of simulation setups, parameters, and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, process engineering, and manufacturing, to understand project requirements and provide simulation support.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in CFD software and methodologies.
