This role is ideal for an ambitious Any Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in financial management, looking to make a significant impact in a growing MNC. The CFO will be responsible for strategic financial planning, risk management, and ensuring the financial health and profitability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Oversee cash flow management and optimize working capital.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and accounting standards in India.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for senior leadership.
- Conduct financial due diligence for potential investments or acquisitions.
