Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Board of Directors in setting strategic direction and objectives for Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited.
- Ensure the highest standards of corporate governance, ethics, and compliance are maintained throughout the organization.
- Oversee the development and execution of the company's business strategy, including market expansion, product innovation, and operational excellence.
- Foster a strong relationship between the Board, management, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
- Guide the CEO and executive management team in achieving financial and operational targets.
