Role Summary: The Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the company, ensuring its continued growth, profitability, and contribution to India's defence and aerospace capabilities. The CMD will steer HAL in achieving its objectives, fostering innovation, and maintaining operational excellence in a dynamic global market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for HAL, aligning with national defence objectives and market opportunities.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the company, including design, development, manufacturing, and after-sales support.
