Change Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and support organizational change initiatives within our dynamic auto components startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions, minimize disruption, and maximize employee adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, stakeholder analysis, and training programs.
• Assess the impact of change on employees and the organization, identifying potential risks and resistance points.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Develop and deliver training materials to support the adoption of new processes and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of change.
• Champion the change process, building buy-in and fostering a positive attitude towards change across the organization.
