Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to lead and support significant organizational and operational changes within Zoomcar India. The Change Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives, processes, and technologies, minimizing disruption and maximizing employee engagement. This role is crucial for driving our strategic objectives in the rapidly evolving urban transport sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a holistic change management strategy and plan for various projects, aligning with business objectives.
Assess the impact of change on stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
Design and deliver effective communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.
Develop and facilitate training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for new processes and systems.
Identify and manage resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies and fostering a culture of adaptability.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with project managers, HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration of change management activities.
Champion change initiatives, building buy-in and support from all levels of the organization.
Ensure change management activities are aligned with Zoomcar's values and strategic goals.
