Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and support significant organizational and technological changes within Air India's Indian operations. The Change Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions, minimize disruption, and maximize employee adoption of new processes and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of change management principles and their application within a complex, large-scale aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans aligned with project objectives and business strategies.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Design and implement communication plans to effectively inform stakeholders about upcoming changes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Engage with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization to build consensus and drive adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to address concerns and gather feedback.
- Ensure that change management activities are integrated with project management processes.
- Foster a culture that embraces change and continuous improvement.
