Change Manager (3-4 Yrs) at Navneet Education Limited

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Manager to join our team at Navneet Education Limited. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) degree and 3-4 years of experience in managing organizational change initiatives within the publishing or a related industry. This role will be instrumental in driving successful transitions and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organization, with a focus on optimizing workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational objectives.
- Assess the impact of change on different departments and stakeholders, and develop mitigation plans.
- Facilitate communication and engagement activities to ensure buy-in from all levels of the organization.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for new processes and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and HR, to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- Leverage understanding of pharmaceutical processes (from B.Pharma background) to identify potential efficiencies and areas for improvement in operational workflows.
- Manage resistance to change through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
- Document change management processes and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
