We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our dynamic team in Mangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles and a proven track record of successfully implementing organizational changes within the chemical industry. This role is crucial for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support key business initiatives, particularly those involving process improvements and technological adoptions. Leverage your M.Des background to bring a user-centric and design-thinking approach to change.
Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
Design and deliver engaging communication plans to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and buy-in for the change initiatives.
Develop and facilitate training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes and systems.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions, collect feedback, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful adoption.
Collaborate closely with project teams, business leaders, and employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
