Change Manager (3-5 Yrs) | Hyderabad

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a proven track record in managing organizational change initiatives within the education technology sector. You will be responsible for driving and supporting change processes, ensuring smooth transitions, and maximizing employee adoption of new strategies and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support key organizational changes, including technology implementations, process improvements, and organizational restructuring.

Assess the impact of change on stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners, and develop strategies to mitigate resistance and foster acceptance.

Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and support mechanisms to ensure successful adoption of changes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business units, to align change initiatives with business objectives.

Monitor the progress of change initiatives, measure their effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback, identify challenges, and drive solutions related to change.

Ensure that all change management activities are aligned with company policies and best practices.
