Change Manager (3-5 Yrs) in Architecture / Interior Design

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Change Manager to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is crucial in driving organizational transformation and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and strategies within our architecture and interior design practice. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and 3-5 years of experience in change management, with a keen understanding of the design industry.

Key Responsibilities:
