Change Manager (B.Com Required) - 2-4 Yrs - Thane

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Manager with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The Change Manager will be instrumental in facilitating and supporting organizational change initiatives within the Defence & Aerospace sector. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, financial implications of change, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new strategies and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans.
- Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects of change on business processes, systems, and personnel.
- Assist in the development of communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about change initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide support to employees during the transition period.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for change efforts.
- Analyze financial implications of change proposals and contribute to business case development.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the change process.
- Maintain documentation related to change management activities.
