Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to develop and execute strategies for our steel product distribution network across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners to drive sales, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive channel strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, dealers, retailers) in designated territories.
• Manage relationships with existing channel partners, providing them with necessary support, training, and resources.
• Monitor channel performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management.
• Develop and execute channel marketing programs and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by all channel partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless channel execution.
