Channel Management - Chandigarh (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Channel Management professional with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our channel partnerships, ensuring effective distribution and promotion of our broadcast content within the assigned region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of fostering robust relationships with distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute channel strategies to increase viewership and revenue for our TV/Radio channels in the Chandigarh region.
- Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with key distribution partners, including cable operators, DTH providers, and radio stations.
- Monitor channel performance, analyze viewership data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and programming teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns for channel launches and content.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and consumer trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring favorable terms.
- Provide regular reports on channel performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to channel distribution and partner relationships.
