Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Channel Partner / Client Relations professional with 1-3 years of experience for our Guwahati office. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners and clients, ensuring successful collaborations and driving business growth in the emerging technologies sector. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a passion for technology and client management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential channel partners, understanding their business needs and aligning them with HCLTech's offerings.
- Act as a primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to support channel partner enablement and client engagement.
- Track and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Organize and conduct regular business reviews with partners and key clients.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends to provide valuable insights to partners and clients.
- Assist in developing and executing channel partner programs and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and sales activities.
