Channel Partner / Client Relations Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Partner / Client Relations Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and strengthening existing relationships within the recruitment and staffing industry in India. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic channel partners, as well as nurturing direct client relationships to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic channel partners and direct client engagement.
2. Onboard and manage a network of channel partners, ensuring they are well-equipped and motivated to represent our services.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
4. Understand client needs and effectively communicate how our recruitment and staffing solutions can meet their requirements.
5. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
8. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, channel partner activities, and client engagement.
