Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Partner / Client Relations Manager to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with channel partners and managing key client relationships to drive business growth for our content development and language services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship management within the IT services or language industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across India to expand our market reach.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with channel partners.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
• Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams to support partner and client initiatives.
• Track partner performance and client satisfaction, providing regular reports to management.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
