Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Partner / Client Relations Manager to join our India operations. This role will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and major clients within the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and expand our market reach across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across different regions in India.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing channel partners, distributors, and key agricultural clients.
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives through effective channel management and client engagement.
- Provide training and support to channel partners on UPL products, services, and sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure seamless execution of strategies and client satisfaction.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and agreements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, sales forecasts, and client relationship status to management.
