Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The CA will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to strategic financial planning within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards applicable in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and other financial data in accordance with Indian GAAP and Ind AS.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws (direct and indirect taxes), including GST, income tax, and corporate tax, and manage tax filings and assessments.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against these plans.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the finance function.
