Chartered Accountant (CA)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The CA will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and contributing to strategic financial planning. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health and integrity of our growing BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to mitigate risks.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Manage audits (internal and external) and liaise with auditors.
- Handle tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and corporate tax.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business decisions.
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury operations.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax laws.
