Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Chartered Accountant (CA) with a unique educational background in B.Pharma to join our finance team in Ludhiana. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, regulatory compliance, and the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, with a proven ability to manage complex financial data and contribute to strategic financial planning. Your B.Pharma degree will provide a valuable perspective on the industry-specific financial nuances of the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, monthly and annual reports, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS) and tax regulations (GST, Income Tax).
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
- Utilize your B.Pharma knowledge to assist in financial analysis related to product costing, R&D expenditure, and regulatory filings.
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance department.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.
