Chat Support - Accounting / Auditing (1-2 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-centric Chat Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to our clients regarding their accounting and auditing queries through our chat platform. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, particularly within the financial services or accounting domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide clear and concise information about ClearTax products, services, and features, focusing on accounting and auditing solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to tax filing, GST compliance, invoicing, and other financial processes.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on product updates, industry regulations, and best practices in accounting and auditing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
