This role is ideal for an individual with 0-2 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic corporate environment within the clinical research sector. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of culinary services, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.

Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.

Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.

Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

Contribute to menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for new dishes.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Support junior kitchen staff and assist in their training as needed.

Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills gained from BCA to contribute to process improvements in the kitchen.
